20 mm 40 kg HV – Servo

The Chaservo HV3512 is a servo in a class of its own. It is not only compact and lightweight, but also incredibly powerful. The 4-pole brushless motor provides an impressive stalling torque of up to 40 kg at a voltage of 8.4V. The servo is therefore perfect for jets or aerobatic models with a wingspan of up to 3m. Thanks to the IP65 certification, the servo can also be used in wet or dusty weather or in demanding applications such as RC cars or helicopters.

The Chaservo HV3512 Low Profile Servo is a high-performance servo in the 20mm class.It is characterized by its low height of only 18.7 mm and its low weight of only 55 g. This makes it an ideal choice for models where weight and size are important.

The servo is made of high-quality materials and has a robust design. The hardened steel gearbox is wear-resistant and ensures a long service life. The brushless motor delivers high torque and precision.

The Chaservo HV3512 Low Profile Servo offers a holding force of up to 400 Ncm at 8.4 V. This makes it possible to move even heavy loads effortlessly. The rotation speed is 0.08 seconds at 8.4 V.


The servo is available in two different installation variants. It can be mounted either vertically or horizontally. This offers you maximum flexibility during installation.
